Clinical Trials and On-going Research Studies

Research and development efforts have always constituted a primary focus for MED-EL. Past and present research has led to innovations such as bilateral cochlear implantation and Electric-Acoustic Stimulation. Research efforts contribute not only to advances in technology, but also in expanding candidacy criteria and
improvements in medical reimbursement.
