Assessment

Cochlear implant candidates undergo a number of routine assessments prior to surgery. These enable the cochlear implant team to identify any additional conditions or needs and to help candidates establish appropriate expectations.

Audiological
:: Evaluation of hearing levels with and without hearing aids, for tones and for speech
:: Evaluation of auditory nerve function
